Alice Wettstine Nevin, age 89, of Hershey’s Mill, West Chester, PA died peacefully on Wednesday, May 23, 2012. Born on September 15, 1922 in Hazleton, PA. Alice was the daughter of Dr. Henry A. and Emily Hill Wettstine. A long time resident of Radnor, PA, Alice and her late husband, John Kenneth Nevin, retired to Stuart, FL in 1980, where they enjoyed many years of renovating houses, golfing and boating. They returned in 2005 to be closer to their three children, nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Alice was preceded in death by her husband John in 2008, and by her two sisters Mary Bohner and Helen Nelson. She is survived by her three children, Thomas (Carole) Nevin, Cathy (Steve) Fay, and Elizabeth (David) McElroy. There will be a family service on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at 11am at Washington Memorial Chapel Cemetery Route 23 Valley Forge, PA.
